About OtherDays

The way offices work has changed forever. The 5-day office week is obsolete for many teams, but the need for physical connection remains. OtherDays was built to solve the inefficiency of the hybrid era.

Our Mission

We believe that space should be shared, not wasted. Millions of square feet of premium offices sit empty during the week. Meanwhile, thousands of hybrid teams crave a professional workspace for just 1-3 days per week. We connect the dots.

How It Works

Companies with underutilized office space list their available recurring days on OtherDays. Hybrid teams browse and request space that fits their weekly schedule. We handle payments, assist with contracts, and provide support — so both sides can focus on their work.

Our Model

OtherDays charges a 10% platform fee on each completed booking. We only get paid when hosts get paid. Listed day rate plus 3% card processing, no long-term commitments.

About OtherDays — FAQ

Why we built a marketplace for part-time office space.

What problem is OtherDays solving?
Hybrid teams often need a professional office only 1–3 days per week, while companies leave premium space empty on other days. OtherDays connects those needs so space is shared instead of wasted.
Is OtherDays a coworking company or a landlord?
Neither. OtherDays is a marketplace platform. We do not own or operate the offices listed — we help hosts/landlords and hybrid teams find each other and manage recurring bookings, payments, and support.
Where does OtherDays operate?
We currently focus on New York City, matching hybrid teams with recurring office space across the five boroughs.
How does OtherDays make money?
We charge a 10% platform fee on each completed booking. Hosts keep 90%. There are no subscriptions or listing fees — we only get paid when hosts get paid.
