Verified Hosts

Guests and hosts become verified after they confirm email, phone, and connect Stripe. Self-serve listings require a verified host. Guests must be verified to book.

Every booking includes a digital workspace license agreement for the host and guest to review and sign directly through the platform.

How much does OtherDays charge?
OtherDays charges a 10% platform fee on each confirmed booking. Hosts and landlords keep 90%. Guests pay the listed day rate plus a 3% card processing fee. There are no OtherDays subscriptions.
Do I pay per seat or for the whole space?
Pricing is set by the host as a day rate for the space (or arrangement) they list — not a hidden per-seat markup from OtherDays. Check each listing for capacity and what’s included.
Are there long-term commitments or subscriptions?
No OtherDays subscriptions. You book recurring weekdays that fit your schedule. Commitment length depends on what you and the host agree for that booking.
When do hosts get paid?
Hosts onboard with Stripe Connect and receive payouts for the billed period (monthly totals) as soon as the booking is confirmed. OtherDays only collects its platform fee when that booking is confirmed.
