Privacy Policy
Last Updated: August 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Otherdays LLC (“Otherdays,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information when you use the Otherdays website, marketplace, communications and related services.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use Otherdays, we may collect:
Account and identity information, such as name, email address, phone number, company, title and login information.
Business and Listing information, including workspace address, photographs, descriptions, amenities, availability, access information, building rules, insurance requirements and authority/consent information.
Booking information, including requested dates and hours, workspace, pricing, fees, parties, communications, cancellation information and transaction documents.
Payment and payout information processed by our payment providers. Otherdays may receive transaction identifiers, payment status and limited billing information rather than full payment-card details.
Communications, including messages sent through the Platform, customer-support communications, and SMS or email delivery information.
Electronic-signature information and executed agreements processed through providers such as BoldSign.
Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser/device information, pages viewed, referral information, cookies and similar technologies.
Information supplied for fraud prevention, verification, insurance, disputes or legal compliance.
2. How We Use Information

Create and manage accounts, Listings and bookings.
Connect Hosts and Guests and facilitate communications.
Process payments, payouts, refunds and transaction records through service providers.
Generate, send, execute and store booking agreements and electronic records.
Send transactional emails and SMS messages, including verification, booking and support communications.

3. SMS and Communications
If you provide a mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we may send transactional or other messages consistent with the consent you provided. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing services. You may opt out of marketing texts by following the instructions provided in the message. Transactional communications necessary to administer an account or booking may continue where permitted by law.
4. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information to:
Hosts and Guests as reasonably necessary to facilitate a Listing, booking, access, agreement, dispute or transaction.
Service providers that support payments, electronic signatures, messaging, hosting, analytics, security, customer support, identity verification and related operations.
Insurance providers or brokers where you request, purchase or use an insurance or protection product.
Professional advisers, including lawyers, accountants, auditors and insurers.
Government authorities or other parties where required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property or the integrity of the Platform.
A buyer, investor, lender, successor or other counterparty in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, sale of assets or similar business transaction.
We do not sell personal information for money. If our advertising or analytics practices constitute “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under an applicable privacy law, we will provide any legally required notice and choice mechanism.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, and — with your consent — analytics. Strictly necessary technologies operate the Platform (including sign-in, bookings, payments, and electronic signatures) and do not require consent.
For analytics, we use Google Analytics, loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz. Google Analytics may collect device and usage information such as pages viewed, referral source, browser/device information, and approximate location. Analytics cookies run only if you accept Analytics in our cookie banner. You may change or withdraw that choice at any time through Cookie settings in the website footer. The banner is the notice and choice mechanism described in Section 4. We do not enable Google Analytics advertising features or Google signals unless we obtain a separate advertising consent.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining accounts, administering bookings and executed agreements, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, meeting tax/accounting obligations and complying with law. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirement.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss or misuse will never occur. Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials.
8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability or additional information about certain personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Rights are subject to legal exceptions and verification. Requests may be submitted to support@otherdays.com. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
9. Business-to-Business and Workspace Information
Some information on Otherdays relates to companies, commercial properties or business representatives rather than individuals. Privacy laws may apply differently to business information, but we will handle personal information associated with business users in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
10. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may link to or integrate with third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We encourage users to review those policies, particularly for payment, electronic-signature, messaging, mapping (Google Maps), analytics (Google Analytics), and insurance services.
11. Children
Otherdays is not directed to children and is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in connection with ordinary Platform use.
12. International Users
If information is transferred across jurisdictions, we will use measures required by applicable law. The Platform may initially be designed for United States commercial workspace transactions; additional notices or transfer mechanisms may be required before broader international expansion.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, vendors, practices or legal requirements. We will post the updated version with a revised effective date and provide additional notice where required by law.
14. Contact
Privacy questions or requests may be sent to support@otherdays.com or to the mailing address designated by Otherdays on the Platform.
